With a long and ancient tradition, Marzolino cheese takes its name from the month of the year, when production traditionally starts with the March milking. It has a typical oval and flat form. The flavor ranges from delicate to earthy (herbaceous) and brings to mind the open fields where you still find flocks of sheep grazing. With a creamy and white paste, Marzolino is a soft and delicate cheese.
