sheep's milk, selected milk enzymes, rennet, salt. Rind surface treated with olive oil.

serving tips

It is delicious with ripe pears, apples or white grapes, with black olives seasoned with orange zest, garlic, parsley and olive oil. It is ideal with Tuscan bread and Finocchiona or Capocollo, because their spicy aroma enhance the complexity of this flavoured cheese.
